Terms of Service
These interim terms describe the public review and relaunch posture for BizMaster, operated by Bizsmart LLC. They are conservative operating terms for review purposes and should be read alongside any signed customer agreement or later published terms.
Account Access
BizMaster accounts are intended for businesses and their authorized users. Access may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or removed when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse BizMaster, attempt to access another company workspace, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with service security, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law.
Business Records
Users are responsible for the accuracy of job, estimate, invoice, client, staff, and company information they enter. BizMaster helps manage operational records, but it does not replace professional, legal, tax, accounting, safety, or regulatory advice.
Payments And Billing Readiness
BizMaster may support invoice workflows and payment status records. Live online card acceptance is subject to provider approval, account setup, and separate activation; public review pages should not be treated as a promise that live card payments are currently enabled.
Availability And Changes
BizMaster aims to provide a reliable service, but features, access paths, integrations, and availability may change during review, relaunch, maintenance, or security work. Some workflows may remain invite-only or request-access only.
Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizMaster is provided without broad implied guarantees. Liability may be limited by the applicable agreement, subscription terms, or law. Users should keep appropriate backups and business controls outside the service.
